Selectorized Equipment

Selectorized equipment are strength-training machines that use an integrated weight stack, typically controlled by a pin. These machines are designed with safety, adjustability, and ease-of-use in mind. They eliminate the need to manually load or unload weight plates, making the process faster and more accessible—especially for new users.

Cardio

Get your heart pumping with a wide variety of machines, including:

• Stationary cycling bikes
• Stair climbers
• Rowers

Free Weights

Build strength and confidence in our fully equipped free weight area, featuring: 

• Squat Racks
• Dumbbells
• A variety of stationary weight machines

Multi-Purpose Studios

Our facility features two versatile fitness studios that support both individual workouts and group exercise programming. These studios are home to our complimentary weekly group exercise classes, available to members. 

When classes aren't in session, members are welcome to use the studio spaces for their own fitness routines - whether you're stretching, strength training, or following your favorite workout plan.

Racquet Sports

Our indoor racquet facilities are ready year-round: 

• Four indoor tennis courts for lessons, clinics, leagues, and ladder play.
• Pickleball-friendly court: One tennis court is lined for pickleball and used for classes and leagues. 

Pilates Reformer

• Five state-of-the-art Pilates Reformer machines
• Welcoming space for all experience levels
• Focused instruction in supportive environment

Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, our classes are a great way to move mindfully and feel stronger from the inside out.

Gymnasium

Our full-size collegiate basketball court offers flexibility for a wide range of activities. The space can be divided into two separate courts, making it ideal for multi-use programming.
