Gymnastics

gymnastThe gymnastics program offers classes for all ages, beginning with toddlers and continuing on through competitive levels.   The developmental gymnastics program helps to introduce and refine total body awareness, strength and coordination.   Because gymnastics classes are offered all year, we have the opportunity to instill in children the need for physical activity as a lifestyle.
