Rental Info

 Many of the park district's facilities can be rented to the public for special events like birthday parties, picnics, meetings and other activities. Facility Use Application
Alcohol Use Permit Application
Use of alcohol is prohibited in all District parks with the exception of Fay Bainbridge. However, when approved by the Executive Director, alcohol use is permitted in the following select facilities: Seabold Hall, Camp Yeomalt, Strawberry Hill Center. (Alcohol Use Permit Application required).

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to rental date will receive a refund of fees paid, less a $5 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 8-29 days prior to rental date will receive a 50% refund of the fees paid, less a $5 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation 7 days or less prior to rental date will receive no refund.
